Route 28 Honored with "Tower of Dulles" Award

At their 38th Anniversary Gala event on October 22, 2004, the Committee for Dulles honored the Route 28 Project with its prestigious "Tower of Dulles" award. This award is presented annually to those that make significant contributions to Dulles Airport and the surrounding area. Mary Gayle Holden, President of Committee for Dulles, presented the award to John DeBell, Vice Chairman of the Rt. 28 Tax District; Paul Reagan, Governor's Office; and Jon Harman, Development Manager for Route 28 Corridor Improvements, LLC.
